Andes Trades has gotten special rights to start selling Skateboards made of bamboo. These skateboards would prevent the cutting of hectares and hectares of red wood maple trees used to make skateboards today. The more ecological and better solution is that bamboo forests are ready to be harvest in 4-5 years, while maple trees need 70-80 years to mature.
The same applies for the amazing organic bamboo beer that has an outstanding taste.

Finally, Andes Trades is getting involved in Sustainable Human Settlement Design and Sustainable Development in other countries. Vital Village

Andes Trades has gotten an invitation from Senegal, Mexico and China to help develop a project regarding Bambu plantations to use as fuel for a special cooking stove which does not pollute the environment. These ovens burn the bamboo with its own gases and does not mix oxygen in the process. The results are Bio Charcoal and vinegar. The bio charcoal returned to the soil as a fertilizer and covered with some chicken manure, will keep the soil fertile for the next 500 years.

Bamboo forests produce 35% more oxygen than normal tree forests, they are ready for harvesting in 4-5 years depending on the species, and for every ton bio charcoal we get back into the earth, we are capturing 3,7 tons of CO2. The world needs answers, those answers are here, but we need to be aware to make politicians understand that political will is needed.

There 2 billion people who use firewood for cooking today. Imagine 2 billion people using a CO2 free stove, making bio charcoal to give back to the soil, capturing lots of CO2 with the bio charcoal and producing lots of oxygen with our bamboo forests. Imagine what kind of positive changes we could help bring to our planet. The solutions are at hand, we just need world leaders caring for life on our living planet.

Yours Sincerely,

Enrique Hidalgo
